Reiki Training Courses and Reiki Reattunements - Terms and Conditions
When the Terms and Conditions refer to “Reiki Course”, it is also applicable to Reiki Re-attunements or any Course or Training that Life in Harmony WA conducts.
Registration and Payment
The Course fees must be paid in full at the time of the booking of the Reiki Course.
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after your booking to confirm.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If the minimum number of attendees for the booked Reiki Course has not been met, Life in Harmony WA will either cancel the Course or reschedule it. If the attendee cannot attend the rescheduled date full refunds of all monies paid will be made.
If an attendee wishes to cancel, they must inform Tracy King in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the cancellation request by the attendee has been made up to two weeks of the booked Reiki Course date, the Course fee will be refunded less an administration fee of $15.00. If the cancellation request by the attendee has been made less than two weeks of the booked Reiki Course date, the Course fee will be refunded less an administration fee of $50.00.
If you have booked and paid in full for a Course and are unable to attend on the Course date, and if another Course date is offered, you can choose to transfer your booking to the next Course date. This must be advised to Tracy King in writing at email@example.com. An administration fee of $15.00 per booking will be incurred, payable at time of your request to transfer your booking. If the subsequent Course is cancelled by Life in Harmony WA, you will receive a full refund (less the administration fee).
Please note that bookings cannot be transferred within two (2) weeks of the Course start date.
If, after booking the Course you are unable to attend, you can nominate someone else to attend in your place at no additional cost.
