I have recently had a Hypnotherapy session with Tracy King, this session being the first time I have tried Hypnotherapy for Public Speaking, when I first came into Tracy’s room I immediately felt the calmness in the room, then Tracy explained exactly what she would be doing which I found comforting, we then started, Tracy has a very calming voice very soothing it did not take long before I started feeling very relaxed Tracy was able to take me down into a very deep Hypnotic state, I found the whole experience to be very calming and very beneficial. Having never been Hypnotised before I really did not know what to expect but in actually what did happen when she brought me out, I felt an overwhelming sense of calmness and this has stayed with me. I will have no hesitation in going back for future treatments and Highly recommend Tracy.
